We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or store credit. If you’ve purchased a Minecraft subscription, you have 3 days to request a refund. After the time frame has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

To start the refund process, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If it is, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

Shipping Returns

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. This cost is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
